Responsibilities
- Collect and verify data/KPIs from local project teams
- Maintain on-going projects database over time
- Prepare extensive reports/dashboards to track all data/KPIs for management visibility
- Liaise and cooperate with sales, finance, factories and technical teams
- Implement and promote best practices and process improvements within project management
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, finance or engineering or related environment
- Experience with project management software tools and/or PowerBI is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or Data Center and/or constructions sites ecosystem would be a plus
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to drive process enhancements
- Decision-making ability, proactivity & autonomy
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
