Responsibilities
- Assisting the MBUSA service engineers in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues in the Mercedes-Benz model lines sold and serviced in the US (NAFTA) market
- Participating in component level tear down and root cause analysis
- Interfacing with the other business units of MBUSA on PTSs behalf in conjunction with the engineers in order to support our dealers and products
- Creation of dashboards to support engineering team
Requirements
- Students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date
- Available from April 2026 to October 2026
- Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum per week
- Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
