Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- Act as the domain thought leader, bringing deep process knowledge and innovative perspectives to business stakeholders
- Build strong stakeholder engagement and act as the primary point of contact for domain leadership, ensuring adoption and measurable impact of process intelligence
- Define and own the process intelligence roadmap for a specific business domain (e.g., Procurement), aligning with enterprise strategy and business priorities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and actionable specifications
- Provide technical expertise and support to business stakeholders, ensuring process intelligence insights drive measurable improvements such as cost reduction, efficiency gains, and informed decision-making
- Communicate findings effectively through compelling visual narratives
- Oversee and lead the design, development, and deployment of process intelligence, task mining, and execution solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and models to enable seamless data integration and high-quality insights
- Leverage AI-driven techniques (predictive analytics, NLP, ML, LLMs, copilots) to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership to engineers and analysts, fostering shared ownership and strong delivery capabilities
Who You Are
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in process intelligence, technology consulting, or software implementation, with a strong focus on data engineering, process mining, and automation
- Hands-on experience working in at least one business domain (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, or Customer Service), with a deep understanding of process workflows, KPIs, and optimization opportunities
- Experience with leading process Intelligence platforms (Celonis), including the design and implementation of data models, dashboards, execution apps, and automation workflows
- Strong background in developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines to enable seamless data extraction, transformation, and integration for process mining analysis
- Proficiency in Multi-Event Log modeling and Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) to enhance process insights
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Databricks for scalable data processing, big data analytics, and machine learning integration into process mining solutions
- Expertise in AI-driven process mining techniques, including predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
