Your Responsibilities
- Act as a technical multiplier for the Infrastructure-as-Data paradigm shift, contributing to the evolution of the platform's core capabilities
- Lead development of Kubernetes operators and IaD providers to enable declarative infrastructure management
- Design and engineer the robust, automated bootstrapping control plane for secure, compliant, and efficient software lifecycle management
- Uphold code quality standards, enhance observability and operability, and seek opportunities for cost efficiency
- Engage with the internal community and external cloud-native ecosystem to ensure platform success and provide technical support
Your Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience in community engagement and open-source contributions
- Ability to navigate and bridge complex technology landscapes, with clear communication and presentation skills
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent hands-on programming skills in Go, with 3+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in Kubernetes extension concepts, including the operator pattern, CRDs, and extension API Servers
- Solid understanding of container technologies, Kubernetes, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem
