Power Platform Developer and Business Automation Specialist

About the Role

Imagine starting your day by turning complex business needs into smart digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with the Digitalization Manager and a global Equipment Management (EQM) team to design, build, and maintain digital tools that streamline planning, execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Integrate SAP and O365 tools to optimize workflows, data flows, and reporting
• Build dashboards, data models, and automation scripts (e.g., Power Automate, VBA, Python)
• Ensure data quality, transparency, and usability across systems
• Collaborate with demand managers, SAP specialists, and digitalization teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Support end-users through troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvements

Requirements

• A degree in IT, engineering, business analytics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in digitalization, automation, or application development
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong data analytics skills (using different combination of Python, SQL, Excel, VBA or other generally used methods in office environments)
• Familiarity with SAP and system integration concepts is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• A structured and deadline-driven approach, balancing innovation with delivery
