Your Role
- Responsibility for the rollout and implementation of a centralized SAP-based billing platform in line with the target architecture
- Development and execution of standardized processes to achieve rollout milestones, including go-live and stabilization
- Steering priorities across technology and rollout streams while balancing central standards and local requirements
- Translation of local business needs into actionable KPIs for short- and mid-term impact
- Advisory role for local rollout teams on execution, governance, and delivery approach
- Monitoring and steering of the IT workstream, including progress tracking and structured reporting
- Active stakeholder management at the interface between central OneBilling teams and local business units
Your Profile
- Academic degree in business, economics, IT, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience (approx. 8–12 years) in project and program management within the German energy retail environment
- Strong understanding of energy sales processes and their IT implementation, ideally from both business and IT perspectives
- Proven expertise in transformation, rollout, and large-scale program management, including S/4HANA environments
- Deep knowledge of demand & delivery models and governance in complex, scaled programs
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to navigate complexity and develop pragmatic solutions
- Excellent communication skills, network-building capability, and fluency in German and English
