Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a best-in-class data infrastructure to support critical processes
- Develop automations that improve the reliability, scalability, and security of the platform
- Implement observability and monitoring systems integrated with incident management tools
- Optimize compute resources and processes to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Set up initial infrastructure for real-time analytics and AI use-cases
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering with a focus on data batch and streaming infrastructure
- Strong experience with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Solid command of programming languages such as Go or Python
- Experience maintaining business-critical, high-traffic infrastructure and services
- Familiarity with the Data Engineering stack, including tools like Spark, Airflow, Kafka, and Trino
- Driven by the end-user experience and approach platforms from a product perspective
- Experience with End2End, load, and testing practices
