Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize and develop our storage infrastructure and virtualization environments
- Contribute to the further development of our highly available storage infrastructure landscape
- Design IT landscapes and processes
- Participate in data center migration, virtualization, customer projects, automation and cloud computing initiatives
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for infrastructure to our existing customers
- Advise customer departments on technical issues
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist or degree in (business) informatics
- Professional experience as a system engineer
- Knowledge in DELL PowerMax, DELL PowerStore, DELL Unity, NetApp Storage Solutions, Pure Storage or similar storage solutions in hybrid-cloud scenarios
- Solution/process-oriented and analytical mindset with strong methodological skills
- Customer-oriented with ability to work in a team and convincing appearance
- Business fluent in German and English
