Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver innovative software solutions to support critical Army operations and mission requirements
- Design and build scalable, secure, and efficient RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases, and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Deploy applications to cloud environments like AWS GovCloud and Azure Government
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to continuously improve software and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience on enterprise-level systems
- Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for build, test, and deployment workflows
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Platform One, Iron Bank, or Party Bus DevSecOps toolchains
- Knowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, or asynchronous messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and SQS
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CDK, and GitOps practices
- Experience with static analysis, SAST, DAST, or SCA tools in pipeline workflows
- Expertise in developing AI/ML-enabled features or integrating with platforms like Databricks or SageMaker
- Background supporting Army, NATO, or coalition mission systems
- Knowledge of DoD RMF, STIGs, and ATO package requirements
- AWS Developer Associate, CKA, or CKAD certification
