Responsibilities
- Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex components, LWC components and design patterns
- Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms
- Drive automation across opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions
- Review and enforce best practices around security, governor limits, and test coverage
- Lead technical projects across sprint cycles, providing mentorship to junior engineers
- Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes
Requirements
- BS degree in Engineering related discipline and 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Sales Cloud
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale
- Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
