YouMMDay is an innovative SaaS platform that connects companies with highly qualified freelance call center agents ("Talents") worldwide. Their digital solution enables flexible, scalable, and efficient customer service - without traditional call center structures. As a Munich-based scale-up with over 400 "Daymakers" across 5 locations in Europe, further growth is guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for enterprise sales - from market strategy and pipeline development to deal closure
- Define the enterprise segment strategy and how to win
- Leverage your C-level network to open doors, win RFPs, and acquire new customers
- Systematically develop new target customers through data-driven, trigger-based acquisition
- Start with an existing core team, deliver initial traction, and then scale strategically
- Lead through clarity, development, and results - and steer your area through clear KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue targets
- Convince the management team through well-founded consulting and measurable business impact
- Closely collaborate with Product & Tech, Marketing, and Operations to directly feed your market and customer intelligence into the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Several years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in acquiring new customers at large midmarket to enterprise clients
- Ability to independently develop and close deals - from first contact to strategic partnership
- Combine strategic thinking with the willingness to get hands-on operationally
- Ideally, have an active C-level and decision-maker network
- Understand the dynamics of the CX, BPO or SaaS market and have an affinity for technology-driven and AI-based solutions
- Experience in building teams, establishing scalable sales processes, and creating a culture where people perform at their best
- Confident presence at the board level, high business acumen, charismatic and at eye level
- Fluent in German and English
