Your Responsibilities
- Develop custom WordPress themes based on Gutenberg + Advanced Custom Fields
- Design prototypes (e.g. InDesign, Figma, Canva)
- Test web applications
- Troubleshoot performance or usability issues
- Website maintenance (backups, updates, performance checks)
- Collaborate with designers, other developers, and various stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Experience with WordPress custom themes
- Work in the WordPress backend
- Experience in managing web projects from start to finish
- Technical SEO knowledge
- Optimization of the customer journey
- Extensive experience in HTML, CSS & Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP, and WordPress in combination with Elementor + ACF
- Independent, responsible work ethic
- Attention to detail & design
- Solution-oriented and team-oriented
- Willingness to experiment
- Excellent German and good English skills
